Industrial paint manufacturer

Map Elec takes great pride in ensuring the quality and performance of its electromagnetic shielding solutions. Every step of our manufacturing process is meticulously calibrated and controlled to meet the industry requirements of the sectors we serve (electronics, defense, aerospace, etc.).

How Are Our Conductive Paints Made?

Preparation of Semi-Finished Products

The preparation of semi-finished products is a crucial step in our manufacturing process. We carefully select our raw materials to ensure the technical properties of our paints and conduct strict quality control to guarantee their purity and compliance. Each semi-finished product is specifically developed to meet the precise requirements of our coating formulations.

Dispersion and Wetting of Fillers

Homogeneous and controlled dispersion of fillers is a crucial step to ensure the conductivity properties of our conductive paint range. Shear control is critical for the electromagnetic shielding performance of our MAPELEC® paints. Following this, the pigment wetting process is a key stage that lasts several weeks. During this period, we regularly monitor the product to ensure complete and uniform impregnation of the pigments.

Strict Quality Control

The quality of our MAPELEC® conductive paints is ensured through a strict control process. We conduct thorough tests to check the resistivity, durability, adhesion, and dry extract of each batch. These tests are performed under actual application conditions to ensure that our products meet the exact specifications of our clients in their operational environments.
